Samriddh Sagar – Essay Competition on National Maritime Day

The Department of Marine Engineering at Srinivas Institute of Technology successfully organized an essay competition on Samriddh Sagar – Viksit Bharat Evam Neel Arth Aur Harit Vikas Ke Liye Yuva on April 1st 2025, in celebration of National Maritime Day. Students from the second and third year Marine Engineering participated enthusiastically, expressing their thoughts on Blue Marine and Green Sustainable Shipping through their essays. The event was coordinated by Prof. Nithin, Lalitharanga Coordinator, Prof. Sunil Prakash R, AIMES Coordinator, Prof Chandra Jogi, IIC Coordinator and was graced by the presence of Dr. Lokesh V, Head of the Department of Marine Engineering, and Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal of the Institute.
