Martyrs’ Day
Martyrs’ Day was observed on 30/01/22 in our college campus by one minute silence by NSS volunteers. NSS officer P.Rakesh Mallya reminded the students about sacrifices of the leaders and soldiers of our country and also spoke about Mahatma Gandhiji’s contribution to the nation. Mr.Yashwanth of Electronics and communication department welcomed the gathering and Mr.Avinash of Electronics and communication department did the vote of thanks.

Workshop on “Wireshark Packet Analyzer”
CSI student chapter of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore (Member No: I01574) has organised Workshop on topic “Wireshark Packet Analyzer “on 26th January 2022. Mr. Susanth Poojary, Student of 5th Semester, CSE Department, Srinivas Institute of technology, Mangalore, was the resource person. He explained about the use of Wireshark tool in packet analysis. 35 students of CSE department attended the workshop. Mr. Susanth Poojary explained about HTTP, TCP, UDP and DNS protocol request and response message. The whole event was coordinated by Prof. Mohan K, CSI Student Branch Coordinator.

National voters’ Day
National voters’ Day was observed on 25/01/22 in our college campus by taking pledge by NSS volunteers. President of the function Dr.Shrinivasa Mayya D enlightened students about the value of voting and urged students to cast vote during elections. He also narrated the students about how democracy can be strong which is basic pillar of our country by means of voting .NSS Officer P.Rakesh Mallya recited the pledge to the students. Prof.Rakesh Mallya welcomed the gathering and Prof.Shashank delivered the vote of thanks.
