The Department of Computer Science& Engineering student association ASCEE celebrated Engineer’s Day on 15th September 2023 at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, a renowned engineer and statesman who is credited with pioneering engineering achievements. Prof. Ravishankara K, HOD, Dept. Of CS&E in his insightful speech remarked that Engineer’s stand at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex problems and driving technological advancements, all of which are crucial for a nation’s advancement. A Technical Quiz and Digital Poster Designing Competition was held in this event. More than 40 students participated and showcased their talents, skills engaging in a friendly competition. Mr. Vamshi and Mr. Rohan A. Gajare organized the entire event.
