Innovation and Entrepreneurship – School Outreach Program

On July 1 2025 the Department of Computer Science and Business Systems CSBS of Srinivas Institute of Technology Valachil in association with the Institution's Innovation Council IIC organized a School Outreach Program at Government High School Kerwadi Karwar The session titled Innovation and Entrepreneurship was conducted under the guidance of Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D Principal and Mr Shailesh Shetty S Head of the Department CSBS The event commenced at 1030 AM with enthusiastic participation from the high school students The session was delivered by Ms Pallavi Premanand Asnotikar who served as the resource person for the program She engaged the students in an inspiring talk on the importance of innovation in daily life and how entrepreneurial thinking can empower youth to become problem solvers and changemakers Throughout the session students were encouraged to think creatively identify problems in their surroundings and brainstorm potential solutions The interactive Q&A segment allowed students to express their thoughts and aspirations making the session lively and impactful
