Inauguration of Computer Science & Engineering Department Association-2023

The inaugural function of the student Association of Computer Science and Engineering Department – ASCEE(Association of Computer Science & Engineering Educatee), of Srinivas Institute of Technology , Valachil, Mangaluru, for the year 2023-24 was held on Saturday 16th December 2023. Mr. Sanjay Kishor Sanil, Team Lead, TYDY, Bengaluru was the Resource Person.Mr. Sanjay Kishor Sanil in his inaugural address said “When there is teamwork and collaboration wonderful things can be achieved.” He also stressed on the fact that the students need to actively participate in Hackathons that helps the participants to bring out their innovative ideas at the competing platform.Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal of the college, in his presidential address, urged the students to organize maximum number of events in their association and also take up initiatives to shape their ideas into realities. Prof. Ravishankara K, H.O.D, CS&E Department , in his address appreciated the students for their active participation in the events conducted so far and also asked them to earn certification programs that can help aspiring engineers develop employable skills.Prof. Aravind Naik, Staff Coordinator briefed about the objectives of the association and introduced the office bearers of ASCEE 2023-24.Ms. Akshatha R.K ,Event Coordinator, ASCEE outlined the activities conducted so far and also proposed the plan of action of 2023-24.Mr. Rohan A Gajare, President, ASCEE welcomed the gathering and Ms. Apeksha Ullas Shetty, Secretary, ASCEE delivered the vote of thanks.
