The session was conducted by Dr. Dheeraj Hebri, Training and Placement Officer, who provided valuable insights into career preparation, industry expectations, and essential skills required for successful placements. The primary objective of this session was to equip students with a clear understanding of career opportunities, employer expectations, and strategies to enhance their employability. Dr. Dheeraj Hebri shared his expertise on resume building, interview preparation, and the importance of professional networking, guiding students on how to effectively position themselves in a competitive job market. Throughout the session, participants engaged in discussions on key topics such as industry trends, essential technical and soft skills, and strategies for excelling in job interviews. The interactive nature of the talk encouraged students to ask questions and seek career guidance. Dr. Dheeraj Hebri emphasized the importance of effective communication, adaptability, and continuous learning as key factors for professional success.
