The Institute Innovation Council (IIC) of Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with Steady Association and Entrepreneur Development Program Cell, organized an insightful session on 'How to Plan for Startup and Legal and Ethical Steps' on March 10, 2025. The event aimed to educate aspiring entrepreneurs on the fundamental aspects of startup planning, legal frameworks, and ethical considerations necessary for building a successful business. The primary objective of the session was to provide students and budding entrepreneurs with a clear understanding of the essential steps to establish a startup, including legal formalities, registrations, and compliance requirements, as well as ethical considerations in business operations. The session commenced at 3:00 PM with a warm welcome address by Dr. Suryakrishna K, HOD, Department of ECE, who emphasized the importance of innovation, legal awareness, and ethical conduct in the startup ecosystem. Participants actively engaged in discussions, seeking clarifications on business structures, funding challenges, and ethical dilemmas in entrepreneurship. The session was highly informative and provided valuable insights into the startup journey, legal formalities, and ethical responsibilities. The participants appreciated the detailed guidance provided by Prof. Shashank S and expressed their eagerness to apply the knowledge gained. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. Rakesh Mallya, who acknowledged the efforts of the organizing team and the enthusiastic participation of attendees.
