Drift Code 2025 – Coding Competition by ECE Department at SIT, Mangaluru

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Srinivas Institute of Technology (SIT), Valachil, successfully conducted the much-anticipated coding competition, “Drift Code”, on May 8, 2025. Held in the Machine Learning Lab, the event brought together some of the brightest young minds of the institute in a battle of logic, speed, and innovation. Under the guidance and coordination of Ms. Akshatha and Mr. Sharan B H of 6th sem ECE, Drift Code aimed to challenge students with real-world coding problems and foster a spirit of technical excellence. The competition saw enthusiastic participation from multiple teams who demonstrated sharp problem-solving abilities and teamwork. Judged by renowned faculty members Mr. Clitus DSouza, Assistant Professor, Dept. of ECE and Ms. Deepthi DSouza, Assistant Professor, Dept. of CSE the event was a resounding success, both in terms of participation and technical quality.
