Code Clash 2025 – Coding Challenge by AIML Department

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organized an exciting event titled **Code Clash** on April 30, 2025. The event was hosted at the 4th Floor AI Lab and commenced at 9:30 AM with an inaugural address by Prof. Dr. Parvathraj K M M, the event coordinator, along with faculty members Prof. Nithya and Prof. Nivin. A total of 31 teams, each consisting of two members, participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. Code Clash challenged students to debug code snippets and generate correct outputs, thereby enhancing their logical thinking, programming, and debugging skills. The competition was structured into two challenging rounds. In Round 1, the top 15 teams were shortlisted to proceed to Round 2, from which the top three teams were declared winners. The event witnessed healthy competition, vibrant participation, and enthusiastic collaboration. Midway through the event, Prof. Madhusudan visited the venue to review the progress and encourage participants. The event concluded with a congratulatory address to the winners by Prof. Nithya and Prof. Nivin. Code Clash proved to be a resounding success, leaving students more confident in their coding abilities and excited for future technical competitions.
