Exploring Accelerator and Incubation Opportunities for Students and Faculty

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning AIML of Srinivas Institute of Technology in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council IIC and EDP Cell organized a session on Exploring Accelerator and Incubation Opportunities for Students and Faculty on 12th August 2025 in Room 405 The event began with Dr Parvathraj K M M Professor from the AIML department warmly welcoming the gathering and introducing the resource person Prof Shailesh Shetty Head of Computer Science and Business Systems Prof Shailesh Shetty delivered an informative and interactive talk on the significance of incubation centres their role in nurturing innovative ideas and how they serve as a bridge to transform concepts into successful startups He also highlighted the various opportunities available for students and professors to leverage accelerator programs for entrepreneurial growth The engaging nature of the session encouraged active participation from attendees The event concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation to the resource person as a gesture of gratitude for his valuable insights
