The Induction Programme for the newly admitted students was conducted on 15th September 2026 for Groups 1, 2, and 3. The sessions were organized in different venues with the objective of developing communication skills, obtaining feedback from students, creating awareness about project, paper and patent opportunities, and celebrating Engineers’ Day.

The morning session for Group 1 was conducted from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM in the Seminar Hall on “Communication Skills”, led by Mrs. Rashmi, MBA Department. The session focused on the importance of effective communication in academic and professional life and encouraged students to improve their communication abilities.

During the same session, Group 2 attended a Feedback session with Mrs.Amitha H in the Auditorium. During the feedback sessions, the students were divided into different groups and engaged in various activities. All the students were given an opportunity to share their feedback and opinions regarding the sessions conducted during the Induction Programme. The activities encouraged active participation and helped the coordinators understand the students’ experiences and suggestions. At the same time Group 3 participated in a Digital Tools session conducted by Mr. Sathya Prakash in Room No. 501.

From 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM, Groups 1 and 3 attended Feedback sessions with the Coordinator of the Induction Programme Mrs. Amitha H in the Auditorium. Group 2 attended a session on “Project/Paper/Patent” conducted by Dr. Lokesh in the Seminar Hall. The session provided students with awareness about opportunities for developing projects, preparing research papers, and exploring patent-related activities.

In the afternoon, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, all students participated in the Engineers’ Day Celebration held in the Seminar Hall. The celebration provided an opportunity for students to understand and appreciate the importance of engineering and the contributions of engineers to society.

The day concluded successfully with students gaining valuable exposure to communication skills, digital tools, feedback, project and research opportunities, and the significance of Engineers’ Day. The sessions contributed to enhancing students’ academic awareness and encouraged them to actively participate in their engineering journey.
