The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) of Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with IIC, organized a hands-on workshop titled “Data to MVP: Database-Driven MVP Development” on 20th May 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the AIML Lab.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Parvathraj K M M, who served as the resource person for the session. The workshop focused on the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using database-driven approaches and provided participants with practical exposure to modern development techniques.During the session, students learned about database integration, MVP architecture, backend connectivity, data handling, and efficient methods for building scalable applications. The hands-on activities enabled students to gain practical knowledge and improve their technical skills in real-time application development. The workshop was highly interactive and engaging, encouraging students to actively participate in coding activities and discussions. Participants gained valuable insights into transforming data-driven ideas into functional MVPs suitable for startup and industry applications.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Daya Naik, Head of AIML, and Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal, with coordination by Prof. Nithya B P.

The event concluded successfully, enhancing students’ understanding of database-driven application development and motivating them to explore innovative solutions in the field of software and startup development.
