The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized a session on “Business Model Canvas (BMC) & Business Model Fit” on 26th May 2026. The session was delivered by Dr. Savita S. Rai, Assistant Professor, Department of MBA, who provided insights into designing, validating, and refining business models using the Business Model Canvas framework. Students gained valuable knowledge on identifying customer needs, creating value propositions, and developing sustainable business models through practical examples and interactive discussions. The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal, Dr. Suresha D, Head of the Department (CSE), Dr. Praveen Shenoy, IIC Coordinator, and the Department IIC Coordinators Prof. Harishma K V and Prof. Reshma B, whose support contributed to the successful conduct of the programme.
