The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valchil, Mangalore, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and EDP cell, organized a two-day event titled “PROMPTATHON – Where idea meets AI!” on 25th and 26th feb 2026,which concluded on 26th February 2026.the session commenced at 11:00 AM with Dr.Parvathraj K M M and Prof Madhusudan S welcoming the participants and explaining the problem statements and to stay focused on the theme of connecting creative ideas with Artificial Intelligence. More than 40 students participated in the event with a team of 2 and 3 members across different departments.The event provided a platform for students to explore real-time technological applications and innovative conceptual thinking. The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Parvathraj K M M, Event Coordinator, Prof. Madhusudan, Faculty Event Coordinator, Prof. Daya Naik, HOD AIML, and Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal. The event was highly informative and concluded successfully with active participation from the students.
