The students of 6th Semester, Computer Science and Engineering (Section A), Srinivas Institute of Technology, organized and conducted an Innovation Outreach Program titled “Smart Tools – The Power of AI” under the banner of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The program was held on 24-02-2026 at K.P.S. Punjalkatte. The initiative aimed to create awareness among high school students about Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in daily life. We were warmly welcomed and wholeheartedly greeted by the management, staff, and students of K.P.S. Poonjalkatte. The Principal, Ms. Anitha Baretto, was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout the event. The teaching and non-teaching staff also extended full cooperation, which made the program smooth and successful.

The outreach visit to K.P.S. Punjalkatte was a meaningful and enriching experience for all of us. The session successfully created awareness about Artificial Intelligence and its responsible usage among school students. The warm hospitality of the Principal, staff, and students made the event memorable.Overall, it was a productive, interactive, and proud moment for the students of 6th Semester CSE (Section A), Srinivas Institute of Technology, under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC).
