A webinar on Know Your Data Rights

A webinar on “Know Your Data Rights” was organized CSI- Student Chapter of SIT on 21 th November 2020 using webex platform. Mr. Deepak Karun, Security Solutions Architect, Paramount Computer Systems LLC, Dubai, was the Resource Person for this webinar. In his address to the participants, he gave a lot of information regarding how to protect the data online, how careful we have to be when we share our data to the companies. He also mentioned the different methods to protect data securely. The session was very interactive. This webinar was primarily intended for students of CSE and ISE. The session was more than an hour. More than 65 students were actively participated in this webinar. Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal and Dr. Shivakumar G. S. HOD, CSE, were present on this webinar. The event was compered by Ms. Nishali Suvarna, Final year student, Dept of CSE.The entire event was coordinated by Mr. Manjesh R, CSI – Student Branch Coordinator, Student Coordinator Ms. Nishali Suvarna.
